Examination Aids
Any calculators; one sheet of notes (8.5" x 11", both sides); any mathematical or statistical tables. If the tables are in a textbook, elastic bands must be drawn around the remaining pages so that only the tables can be used.
Don't forget to bring elastic bands! You may use the tables of formulas inside the front and back covers of the course text. You may use your calculator instruction card.

There are also a few copies on the table by my door in BSB-202 - you can take a copy away to photocopy, but please return it to the table where you got it!!

Note that while Montgomery & Runger don't use matrix notation in Chapter 6, you should verify that formula (6-36) on page 250 is just E(AX) = A E(X) and formula (6-37) is Var(AX) = A Var(X) A', for the special case where the matrix A = (c1, ..., cp) is a single row.
