- I looked at my mark online and it says "-1" for my version number, and I got 0 on the test. What should I do?
- It says online that I wrote version 1 (for example), but I actually wrote version 2. So my test was not marked correctly. What should I do?
- If my test was not marked (or not marked correctly) initially due to a missing version number, incorrectly placed version number, wrong version number, missing student number, etc., and I came in to Dr. Feng office to locate my test so that he could correct the problem, when will my mark (or corrected mark) be posted?
- Does a nonzero mark under the last question on the marks page mean that I got the last question correct?
- I think that a mistake was made in the marking of my test. I picked B for #3 (for example), but the web page says that I picked D. Can I have a look at my test to see if a mistake was made?
- I think that a mistake was made in the marking of my test. It says that I didn't select an answer for #7 (for example), but I did select an answer. Can I have a look at my test to check it?

- You will have go to Dr. Feng's office during his office hours (see the course outline for this information) to locate your test so that the version number can be verified. Then the test will be remarked accordingly.

- As soon as everyone who has made a similar mistake has come in to Dr. Feng's office to locate their test, all of these tests will be resent for machine grading. The corrected marks will be posted shortly after that. Since many students don't check their marks until near the end of the term there will be some students who don't come in to locate their incorrectly marked test until near the end of the term. Therefore it will likely take until end of the term (but before the exam) for the corrected mark to be posted.
- Does a nonzero mark under the last question on the marks page mean that I got the last question correct?
- No, it does not mean that. A 1 is initially put in this column for every student. Then if a mistake is subsequently discovered it will then be changed to 0, with an explanation of the reason for the 0.
- I think that a mistake was made in the marking of my test. I picked B for #3 (for example), but the web page says that I picked D. Can I have a look at my test to see if a mistake was made?
- In this case you can go to Dr. Feng's office during any of his office hours (this information is on the course outline) to look at your test. However, the tests are machine graded, and mistakes by the machine are unheard of. Therefore once you dig through the pile of 570 tests to find your test, you will see that the machine grading was correct. So it will just be a waste of your time.
