Course notes:
The official course notes will be updated regularly.
They were last updated 30 Nov. 2010. This should be the final version.
Please let me know (by email or otherwise) if you find any mistakes.
Final Exam:
- The final exam is due Tuesday, 21 Dec. 2010. Your solutions to exam questions should be your own work and
generally should be more carefully written than homework solutions, as I'm going to be more picky when marking. (added p > 2 hypothesis to
#5 on 18 Dec.)
Homework:
- Homework 1 is due Monday, 20 Sept. 2010. (#4 was slightly modified on 11 Sept.; #5 now correctly refers to Remark 1.12)
- A detailed solution to HW1 #4.

- Homework 3 is due Tuesday, 5 Oct. 2010.
- Homework 4 is due Tuesday, 12 Oct. 2010. (#3 is in Appendix B, but try to find your own, shorter proof)

- Homework 5 is due Tuesday, 19 Oct. 2010.
- Homework 6 is due Tuesday, 26 Oct. 2010.
- Homework 7 is due Tuesday, 9 Nov. 2010.
