Maple 12 on Workstations
Maple 12 has been installed on the standard linux workstations and is now the default version; use the commands maple and xmaple to run version12. To run version 11, use maple11 and xmaple11.

Maple 11 is now available on the standard linux workstations. Use the command maple or xmaple to run.

R Upraded
R has been upgraded to version 2.7.2 on the ms workstations and compute servers. BioConductor and requested packages are up to date as well.

Mathserv Rebooted Tuesday Evening
Mathserv was partially unresponsive from ca. 4:30 to 6:45 this evening: some things (printing, parts of the web site, existing shells, some workstations) were up, other things were effectively dead. I restarted the server at 6:45 and as of 6:55 all systems are functional again.

New Mail Certificate
The self-signed mail-server security certificate has been updated. Go ahead and accept it if your mail clients asks.

Mathserv Briefly Unresponsive
Mathserv stopped allowing new connections for about fifteen minutes shortly afternoon, which led to odd behaviors on the workstations and loss of mail connectivity. Everything is OK again as of 12:20 pm.
